Nelson Chamisa has tonight made a major reshuffle of his standing committee, firing some people who have moved to the Thokozani Khuphe Faction and reshuffling some non performing close associates.
The appointments made by Chamisa were announced by Charlton Hwende this evening.
However, Chamisa ‘s Spokesman, Dr Nkululeko Sibanda who has not been very effective was not replaced although it had been widely expected that Chamisa would name a new Spokesman.

Conclusion
It is clear that Chamisa was not happy with people in certain key positions such as communications, Treasury and in the organizing department.
Chamisa has also take this opportunity to fire the leaders who have defected to the Khupe Faction.
However, the team is mostly the same except for Mahere in communication who is a very good appointment as she is young and a woman in this position for a change.
