Acie Lumamba was named in a leaked audio that destroyed the relationship between James Makamba and ED Mnangagwa.
The relationship between Mnangagwa and James Makamba is now so bad that ED Mnangagwa refused to assist Zororo Makamba, who later died at Wilkins Hospital due to neglect.
In the leaked audio, James can be heard describing how he would destroy people aligned to the army such as Supa Mandiwanza.
Makamba can also be heard arranging the recruitment and payment of state-media journalists to bring down ministers in the ruling party.
The formerly self-exiled business mogul whose interests include Telecel Zimbabwe, is heard in the damning two-hour audio recording strategising how best to bring down Mandiwanzira, as well as Ozias Bvute, who is chairperson of POTRAZ.
“The first person we must deal with is Supa… He is the snake whose head must be crushed. We need to have (President Emmerson) Mnangagwa dismissing him.
“The problem is that he is being protected by (Vice President) Chiwenga but we must just go after him…, on Supa Mandiwanza.
Makamba does not hide his disappointment at Mnangagwa for allegedly not assisting him regain control of Telecel Zimbabwe.
