Actor Idris Elba tested positive to Corona Virus yesterday.
Elba said he had no symptoms, he got tested because he realised that he was exposed to someone who had tested positive.
He said when he found that, that person had tested positive to Corona Virus, he then quarantined himself and got tested immediately.
“This is serious, now is the time to think about social distancing, washing hands”, said Elba.
Elba said there are people out there who are not showing symptoms and that can easily spread and now is the to be vigilant about washing hands and keeping distance.
He added that, transparency is the best thing if one is feeling ill and feels they need to be tested or they have been exposed.
Elba also added that, now is the time for solidarity, thinking about each other, he said there are so many people whose lives have been affected from those who have lost their loved ones.
He promised to keep people updated on how he is doing.
