Khaliphani Phugeni, Dr Thokozani Khuphe Spokesman, has exclusively revealed to Gambakwe Media that Jonathan Moyo frantically arranged for Witness Dube to fly to Kenya in a bid to get Dr Khupe to drop her claims to the MDC leadership.
Phugeni said Jonathan Moyo is related to Witness Dube and used the relationship to arrange the trip, which did not have the blessing of Dr Khupe.
When approached with the proposal, Dr Khupe turned it down and never considered it.
Phugeni said Jonathan Moyo is lying as the trip happened before the MDC split and therefore it was not an MDC-T initiative, rather it was a personal errand by Witness Dube.
On Allegations that Kuda Tagwirei is buying the Supreme Court Judgement on Behalf of Dr Khupe, Phugeni said that is untrue and Jonathan Moyo is trying to preempt the court decision.
Phugeni said Jonathan Moyo is destroying institutions of democracy and is in contempt of court.
