Jethro Rusike of JCTV says both ED Mnangagwa and General Chiwenga are not running Zimbabwe. Instead, those people with money ate the ones running Zimbabwe, cartels.
This is proven after the suspension of Lewis Matutu and Godfrey Tsenengamu from the politburo after naming and shaming Kuda Tagwirei as the main men behind corruption in Zimbabwe.
The duo alleged that Tagwirei and other prominent business people are using E.D Mnangagwa,Chiwenga and other top ZANU PF officials to solicit contracts,get tenders and control fuel that comes into the country.
Tagwirei is the owner of Sakunda who has accused before for monopolizing fuel supply, shortages and price hikes in Zimbabwe.
ZANU PF represented by E.D are linked to Tagwirei and in bed with cartels or the Queen B as evidenced by the suspension of the ZANU PF Youth League leaders. ZANU PF has failed to fight for the duo but has taken sides with the alleged corrupt cartels.
The cartels are running the country and not E.D himself. Mnangagwa is labelled a puppet and those with cash ruling.
The ruling party has claimed to fight corruption but has failed to investigate allegations labelled towards Tagwirei or to prove that ZANU PF is not involved.
Just like the Guptas in South Africa who had captured ANC, ZANU PF is captured by cartels (Queen B).
