Naspers yesterday raised $1,7 Billion after selling 22 Million Prosus Shares at €67.50.
Naspers, which Owns 31% in Tencen, said its holding in the company will be reduced to 72,5% from 73.8 %.
All proceeds from the sale will be repatriated to South Africa as required by the South African Reserve Bank.
