Gambakwe Media sources have revealed that Tinashe Jonas ‘s phones were requested by police investigators in Cape Town.
However, party leaders in Cape Town have declined to hand them over to Police citing security considerations.
The phones remained in Mugwagwa’ s car when Jonas and Mugwagwa went to pray at a shrine where Tinashe was them abducted.Â
Tinashe Jonas ‘s phones are replacements for the ones that were taken when he was assaulted in Cape Town.
When he was asked by Gambakwe Media, Benjamin Mugwagwa, Ideal Zimbabwe National Chairman said he is keeping the phones as they contain sensitive information.
