Makandiwa explains that there are certain men of God whose ministries can not bring you blessings. He explains that when giving, multiplication comes if you take your seed to someone with the right anointing.
Makandiwa gives the example of giving to Rufaro, which has not been developed for years, expecting to get blessings to finish a project. This will not work because the anointing is not there.
Makandiwa explains that the poor should bless the rich in order for them to be blessed. When you give to a poor person you are blessing.
