The violence implicated University of Zimbabwe lecturer Charity Manyeruke has been appointed Ambassador for Zimbabwe to Rwanda.
She presented her credentials to Rwanda President Paul Kagame yesterday.
The Ministry of Information reports that Charity Manyeruke she immediately laid bare her wish to help deepen excellent relations with Rwanda in the agriculture, education, mining, ICT, politics and governance sectors.
