MDC vice president and former Zimbabwean finance minister has made it loud and clear that the opposition acceptance of dialogue will not be based on the demands of Zanu pf but entirely on what the citizens wants.

Biti was quoted saying,’we are merely following principle and we are not going to rescue Zanu pf like we did in 2008′. These reports come after there has been a comparison of what happened in 2008 when it was profiled that MDC was used by Zanu pf as they came to their rescue.

This time around its proving more difficult as the MDC leadership is being very skeptical about dialogue and will not give in to the demands of the ruling party.

Dialogue seems to be the only way forward as the countrys’ economic woes continue to deepen day by day as the two strong political parties continue to fight.
