Former town clerk to get $174 213.97 from the City council in settlement of their long outstanding dispute.
Inclusive in this amount is a gratuity fee and his vacation and leave days owing to him at the time he offered service .
Also included in his demands for settlement were the Belvedere mansion and top of the range vehicles, however these he did not get.
This comes at a time when the Harare City Council is failing to purchase chemicals for water treatment.
