The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) announced that plumbers, carpenters, engineers, architects, surveyors, construction firms and anyone who is into hardware is now expected to pay tax registration of US$5 000.
ZIMRA emphasized the importance of paying this tax registration on time to avoid temporary closure and a fine of 15 000.
ZIMRA stated that failure to comply to this will lead to a fine of 15 000 USD as well as temporary closure until all payments have been done and are up to date.
ZIMRA also encouraged business owners to use it’s online platforms when making these payments.
