Zimbabwean socialite, Jackie Ngarande has advised women to always have a backup plan.
Ngarande said women should have savings of their own so that when things go south in relationships they are able to leave and start afresh.
Adding she said that there are some women who stay in abusive relationships just because of good life.
Ngarande therefore says women should not give men the power to feed or starve them at any time.
She advises women to be independent and be able to refuse ill treatment from men who will be taking advantage of them.
