Bellarmine Chatunga Mugabe, the youngest son of the late former President Robert Mugabe, has stirred conversation on social media after taking a dig at rising performer Oriyano.
In his post, Chatunga suggested that Oriyano’s live shows are losing steam, claiming the young artist is now being outshined by “Captain Britain” and no longer able to match Jah Prayzah’s once-distinctive voice. He sarcastically remarked that comparing Oriyano to spiritual icons was “like confusing ancestors with a ghost,” further intensifying the jab.
Instead, Chatunga gave his full endorsement to dancehall heavyweight Winky D, praising him as the undisputed “Gaffa” and the benchmark for musical consistency in Zimbabwe’s entertainment scene.
