Controversial activist Susan Mutami has sensationally claimed that Temba Mliswa and CIO Director-General Isaac Moyo were behind the operation that allegedly lured exiled former minister Walter Mzembi back to Zimbabwe.
Mutami issued the explosive allegations on social media, warning of dire consequences should any harm befall Mzembi.
“It was TembaMliswa and Isaac Moyo. If Walter Mzembi dies it will be an eye for an eye. Just know South Africa will be a no-go area for you. You are an evil bastard. Enough is enough,” Mutami wrote.
Her claims come amid reports that Mzembi was tricked into believing he had been forgiven by President Mnangagwa and could safely return home, only to walk into what sources describe as a CIO-engineered sting.
