A leaked audio recording has surfaced, allegedly capturing Apostle Talent Chiwenga confronting his former house help, Tsitsi Chiyendambuya, over her recent public claims that the two had a sexual relationship while his first wife was still alive.
In the audio, a voice believed to be Chiwenga warns Tsitsi never to repeat such actions, telling her the revelations not only damage his reputation but could also affect her chances of getting married.
“What if there was a man who was thinking of marrying you how will he do that because of this?” the voice says, before questioning why she agreed to a media interview about their alleged relationship, adding, “Unongo famba wongotaura zvawapfunga”.
Tsitsi, in her interview, had claimed she would never love another man apart from Chiwenga, despite feeling used in what she described as a three-year affair.
Chiwenga has not officially responded to the authenticity of the leaked audio but has previously denied dating anyone apart from his late wife and ex-wife Vanessa.
