MDC-T leader Douglas Mwonzora has made a public appeal for unity among opposition parties, following a humiliating defeat in Epworth where ZANU-PF won by a large margin.

Speaking after the by-election loss, Mwonzora admitted that a divided opposition continues to weaken chances of real change, and emphasized the urgent need for collective action.

“There is no sense in us staying divided…,” Mwonzora said.

The MDC-T leader, whose party has faced growing political irrelevance in recent years, said he is ready to engage all opposition figures,Including  Nelson Chamisa.
