Business mogul Wicknel Chivhayo has once again grabbed headlines, this time with a heartfelt and extravagant birthday tribute to Zimbabwe’s musical superstar, Jah Prayzah. In a surprise gesture shared on social media, Chivhayo not only praised the celebrated musician’s journey and spiritual impact, but also gifted a 2024 Land Rover Defender to Mai Mukombe, Jah Prayzah’s wife.

In a passionate tribute, Chivhayo described Jah Prayzah as “a global symbol of musical excellence” whose music has “defined generations, entertained, and inspired dreams.” From hits like Tsviriyo and Jerusarema to national anthems such as Kutonga Kwaro and Chiremerera, Chivhayo said Jah Prayzah’s music had become a soundtrack to Zimbabweans’ lives.

However, what set this birthday apart was Chivhayo’s decision to honor the often-unseen support system behind the musician his wife.

“As men, we often overlook the women who stand behind us who turn our houses into homes. As I celebrate the birthday of my favourite musician of all time, I take this opportunity to say thank you to Mai Mukombe,” Chivhayo wrote.

He then revealed that a brand-new 2024 Land Rover Defender 2.4 D Full Spec was ready for collection a gift fully paid for and addressed to Jah Prayzah’s wife, symbolizing his appreciation for her quiet role in supporting the artist’s journey.
