Harare – ZANU PF activist and former youth leader in the Zanu-pf youth league Tendai Chirau has defended himself against explosive allegations made by UFC fighter Themba Gorimbo, insisting that he works hard for his living and has nothing to hide.
Responding to Gorimbo’s accusations on social media.
Chirau said “I sweat for every cent I have. Come and I will take you for a tour at my farm.”

The remark followed a fiery post by Gorimbo, who accused Chirau of hypocrisy, blackmail, and allegedly trying to recruit him under false pretenses.
In a widely circulated Facebook post, Gorimbo wrote “You know exactly how you live, my man. I don’t need to be part of your cult to be popular or to make a living… I don’t live off people’s money like you.”
The fighter went further, accusing Chirau of previously begging him to represent Better Brands, a company linked to businessman Scott Sakupwanya despite what Gorimbo says was a known fallout with Sakupwanya.
“Is it not you who called me begging me to represent Better Brands in October after Scott sent you… after he crooked me how much, by the way?”
Gorimbo also alleged Chirau’s income stems from blackmail and manipulation, warning him.
“Don’t let me expose you because this can affect your livelihood. I don’t want to do that.”
