Under the process, all DCC structures will be verified by central committee members. The process is seen as a way of removing Chiwenga supporters from the all ZANU-PF structures before replacing him with Tagwirei.

• Transport & Logistics: Pledging vehicles for DCC chairpersons and top five provincial leaders to improve mobility and operational efficiency.
