Zimbabwean hip-hop artist Stunner has responded sharply after comments made by South African singer Naledi sparked controversy online.

In a statement posted to his social media, Stunner said:“One thing I know is that the internet does not forget. One day she will really want to come to Zimbabwe. Imimi muchinyanyawo kuda kunzi mataura nawo mapenzi ayo.”

Naledi had reportedly made remarks or posts that Zimbabweans on social media found offensive or mocking, triggering backlash across platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.

Stunner, known for his outspoken nature and loyal local fanbase, jumped into the fray, warning that disrespect online could have long-term consequences  especially when artists want to cross borders or perform in Zimbabwe in the future.
