South African Police Service (SAPS) has issued an urgent alert for the public’s assistance in locating Philangenkosi Sibongokuhle Makhanya, one of the suspects wanted in connection with the brutal murder of Olorato Mongale.
Authorities have released the latest photograph of Makhanya, urging anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts to immediately contact Brigadier Nama on 082 778 9035.
The investigation has already made significant progress, with police confirming that a VW Polo, believed to be linked to the crime, has been taken into custody after traces of blood were found inside the vehicle.
Forensic teams are currently processing the car for further evidence.
