Civil servants to be given discount on land based on period of service in the civil service for buying land (40:20 minutes). The land will cost $3000. Payments is $273 per year for 20 years. For war veterans, the first 10 hectares will be $10 per hectare. The 6th Hectare will be $500. There will be a mortgage facility available for the beneficiaries (50 minutes).

Process
There is a payment plan. Go to a bank or an agricultural centre and sign an agreement. If you have an offer letter or title deed or land permit, the land will be evaluated and surveyed. if you do not have money you will sign a mortgage agreement. There are four sub committees. Happyson Muchechetere will facilitate participation in the project.
Land Commission has not been involved. The project will be done through the Young women for ED (1:11).
