Veteran journalist Reuben Barwe has publicly confirmed receiving two notable gifts from controversial businessman Wicknel Chivhayo a substantial cash gift of US$100,000 and a vehicle.
Barwe has expressed deep gratitude to Wicknel Chivhayo for gifting him USD 100,000 and a brand-new car in recognition of his over 40 years of service in journalism.
“I consent to have received 100,000 United States dollars and a car.”
