Vuyai Madondo, who remained a virgin until her 50th birthday, recently married Stanford Madondo, seeking companionship after losing his first wife.

Their wedding, embraced by family and church members, is viewed as a miracle within their community. Vuyai, a dedicated ZAOGA member, chose to wait for the right partner despite social pressures, feeling divine timing when she met Stanford in October 2024.

The couple’s journey was marked by challenges, including adherence to their faith’s teachings against premarital sex. Stanford, with five children from a previous marriage, was cautious but found connection and support in Vuyai and her family.

Their union has been celebrated as a testament to faith and answered prayers, with Stanford’s mother calling it a miracle.

Friends and family see their story as proof that divine intervention can bring blessings against the odds.
