The Nyathi family has come forward with alarming news that their WhatsApp account has been hacked, and they currently have no control over it.
In a heartfelt video shared across their social media platforms, the family pleaded with their followers to be vigilant against potential scams involving their name.
In the video, a visibly concerned Nyathi explained the situation, detailing how they discovered the breach and the subsequent lockout from their own account.
“We want to let our followers know that we are not in control of our WhatsApp anymore( isu Whatsapp yedu yahackwe, kana panemunhu akuzokumbira Mari spam and block),” they stated. “If you receive any messages asking for money or personal information, please do not respond. It is not us.”
The family emphasized the importance of exercising caution, particularly in light of increasing incidents of online fraud.
They are actively working to resolve the issue and regain access to their account but wanted to alert fans immediately to prevent any potential victimization.
