Amnesty International has called upon the Zimbabweans to take immediate action regarding the prolonged pre-trial detention of journalist Blessed Mhlanga, who has been detained for 33 days.
The organization has expressed deep concern over the lengthy detention period, which it believes is a clear infringement on Mhlanga’s human rights.
The organization has also highlighted the importance of protecting journalists and ensuring they can carry out their work without fear of harassment, arrest, or detention.
