
Zimbabwean socialite and influencer, Mama Vee, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Holy Ten, real name Mukudzei Mutsama, for defamation of character.
The lawsuit, which seeks $100,000 in damages, comes after Holy Ten allegedly called Mama Vee a homosexual on two separate occasions.
According to the letter of demand, Holy Ten made the defamatory comments in a video posted on his social media story and again during an appearance on Dj Ollah7’s podcast.
On the podcast, Holy Ten reportedly stated that Mama Vee did not deserve the NAMA award he received, claiming that he was “misleading the youth”
Mama Vee had hinted on taking legal action and have pulled through ” no one is above the law,” he said.
