Mrs Minnie Baloyi Chiwenga has shared her views on grooming the girl child to her full potential.
In a post she shared on her socials, she stated that a girl child should not shy away when comes to opportunities even if it means being the only girl in a group of boys one should have the courage to grab it without any hesitation.
“if there were 10 people to be recruited 9 being men and sadly only one lady is considered…, gal be that lady,” she said
She noted that women should be groomed to believe in hard work so that when seen in spaces people do not ask about their connection.
” we must groom a girl child who believes in working hard,” she said.
