In a shift of events information have emerged that Minister of ICT Tatenda Mavetera has the right to be addressed as Dr.
The information that emerged is that received 2 honorary doctorate one from IIP and the other from IWU.
It is said although the IIP one was barred the other one from IWU wasn’t.
They also addressed the issue of her thesis stating that she did not commit any fraud.
