In recent events Minister Tatenda Mavetera’s PHD title has been proved to be bogus.
It has been revealed that she did not work for the title but however paid for it.
She is said to have paid a Mutare based academic to do the PHD on her behalf.
It is said that she has not yet acquired the title of Dr .
