Andy Farayi Hodges, a former executive at ZTN (Zimpapers Television Network), has come forward with explosive allegations against the publicly listed company following his recent termination.

In a candid social media post, Hodges accused ZTN of serious corporate mismanagement and financial misconduct.

Hodges, who served as a key figure within the organization, claimed that ZTN has not turned a profit in six years, despite generating significant revenue. “USD 6 million in six years? At ZTN, we have never seen any profit,” he stated, adding that the network’s performance was misrepresented to stakeholders.

His post took aim at ZTN’s leadership, specifically targeting CEO PD Deketeke and the board of directors. Hodges alleged that Deketeke, who has been in the role for a considerable period, oversaw a culture of secrecy and financial misrepresentation that jeopardized the company’s integrity.

“You are publicly listed and are in any way complicit in corporate fraud, I promise you that you will be arrested,” he warned.
