Scotland FC is set to begin the construction of Mabvuku stadium after the handover by the Harare City Council.
Scotland FC has been given a lease of 30years on the ground.
The stadium is said to become the home ground for Scotland FC although date of completion is yet to be revealed.
Tonderai Sakupwanya the chairman of Scotland FC said this was a milestone move for the team.
Sakupwanya said the project will not only be a stadium but it will also have other facilities such as swimming pool, cricket pitch and stores to sell.
