Councilor Kudzai Kadzombe has declared the lake Chivero situation as an environmental disaster.
Kadzombe urged citizens to contribute their ideas for immediate action to be taken.
Kadzombe on her X account called for the citizens to contribute ideas that she will present it at full council on Thursday.
“…Let’s put our heads together, what can be done, so that I raise your ideas in this Thursday 18/12/24 full council,” she said
She also noted that wildlife is dying including domesticated ones.
