Amidst Julius Malema’s mistreatment of Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has remained silent about the hate and sidelining.
Despite Julius Malema standing on different platforms to ridicule Ndlozi.
Dr Ndlozi is known for his discipline and integrity thereby refusing to be part of any gossip. This however has infuriated EFF leader and has sidelined him in significant position within the NPA.
Malema is said to be insecure and fears being overshadowed by Dr Ndlozi as his intellectual reach beyond that of Malema.
Malema’s move to alienate a capable leader like Dr Ndlozi has been criticized and is said this move has made his credibility as well as the effectiveness of his movement questionable.
This move has also led to people criticizing his leadership skills.
According to Emmanuel Zellers Gumbo , leadership should be defined by the courage to empower brilliance, not by insecurities that seek to suppress it.
Malema’s move has discredited his ideals.
