Namibian opposition leader Pandulani Itula has said he will not recognize the poll results.

This comes after there had been so many mishaps such as malfunctioning of voting machines and lack of voting poll stations as well as ballot papers.

The voting began on Wednesday and continued upto Saturday in other parts of the country.

The independent Patriots of Change leader has shown dissatisfaction stating that there have been some malfunction from the beginning of the elections.

In a press conference on Saturday Itula expressed that he will not recognize the outcome of the 2024 elections which was still undergoing.

Votes are still being counted and 10out of 121 constituencies presidential results have been announced with Nandi-Ndaitwah leading 48% and Itula at 30%.
