The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested ZANU PF Uzumba MP, Wiriranai Muchemwa and his accomplice, councillor Knowledge Chipundu on allegations of stealing 10 tonnes of donated mealie meal worth US$12 000.
The duo appeared before a Harare magistrate Tilda Mazhande for diverting mealie meal that was intended for donation during a presidential address in Murehwa earlier this year.
They were remanded them in custody to this Wednesday for bail hearing.
