President Emmerson Mnangagwa capped his wife Auxillia Mnangagwa after graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Midlands State University.
The conferment, took place on Thursday during MSU’s graduation ceremony.
Her thesis, titled The Efficiency of Hotels in Zimbabwe: Data Envelopment Analysis Approach, examined operational efficiency within the hotel sector.
Meanwhile, the first family has been criticised, with Auxillia being likened to former first lady Grace Mugabe who later had her PHD revoked due to irregularities.
