President Emmerson Mnangagwa has commissioned the Bulawayo Students Accommodation City (BSAC).
Mnangagwa toured the complex before proceeding to the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre (ZIEC).
He presided over the National University of Science and Technology’s (NUST) 30th Graduation Ceremony.
