Botswana’s new president Duma Boko informed BBC that he was going to legalize undocumented Zimbabweans, giving them work permit.
Zimbabwean have found refuge in Botswana as apart from fleeing to South Africa to seek job opportunities they also flee to Botswana.
Zimbabweans were however deported, this announcement by the newly elected president opens new opportunities for Zimbabweans.
Boko stated that Zimbabweans were hardworking.
“They do jobs that would otherwise not get done,” he said on his interview with BBC.
