Nehanda Radio reports that Former Finance Minister Tendai Biti has warned that ZANU PF will push for President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s third term bid.
Biti said with the 3rd term idea, Zimbabwe is facing its biggest existential threat since the 1980s Gukurahundi atrocities.
“The Third Term agenda is alive and kicking. It is gross naivety to think Zanu-PF will not pursue this project to the end.
“This means that Zimbabwe faces its biggest existential threat since Gukurahundi. Democrats must reset, reorganize and defend the constitution,” Biti said.
