Media personality Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa attended the Creative Africa Nexus Weekend (CANEX WKND) 2024 in Algeria held on the 16th-19th of October.
The programme by African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) was centered around the theme “One People, United in Culture, creating for the world”.
Influential people from the worlds of visual art, music, cinema, film, fashion attended the four-day event.
Meanwhile, Afreximbank is increasing its funding to the programme from $1 billion to $2 billion for the next three years to support Africa’s Creative industry.
