Prominent journalist Hopewell Chin’ono reports that POTRAZ has issued an operating licence to IMC Communications, run by Wicknell Chivayo.
IMC is now the 3rd licensed reseller with the other ones being Aura and Telone.
Meanwhile, the biggest problem has been the unavailability of the actual kits in Zimbabwe and service delivery in Harare CBD.
Kits are selling for as much as US$900 in Harare due to the shortage.
