The symposium, which was set to be held today, was moved to tomorrow and will now be headlined by Mnangagwa. Pictures of Chiwenga, in whose department the research and innovation falls, have been removed. Chiwenga faction has organised a competing function in Bulawayo which is set to reject Mnangagwa and its ED2030 campaign.
War Veterans faction leader, Andriese Mathibela is expected to denounce Mnangagwa at a press conference in Bulawayo tomorrow. The dramatic press conference will be held at a secret venue tomorrow.
