Billionaire Strive Masiyiwa’s wife tsitsi Masiyiwa has shared how it is like working together with her daughter, Tanya in their Charity Foundation called Higherlife.
The Higherlife Foundation which is run by the Masiyiwa family this year, donated hospital equipment to 3 main Zimbabwe hospitals.
Tsitsi said working with her daughter is the best decision she ever made because Tanya has a way of looking at things from a different perspective hence saved the company from making a lot of mistakes.
She also said one mistake that entrepreneurs make is to prioritize the heart instead of using the brain first and Tanya’s presence in the foundation made a huge difference.
Masiyiwa added that working with her daughter made them make good decisions in the Foundation as she brought discipline.
