Mnangagwa withdraws $200M fraud charges against Matibiri
looks at the bizarre case in which charges against fraud accused Zimbabwe Agricultural Show (ZAS) President, Andrew Evaristo Matibiri have been withdrawn in spite of overwhelming evidence.
Matibiri was appearing together with his co-accused, Meanwell Gutu and Stuart Shanyika after they were arrested by ZACC in September 2022. The three ran a scheme in which they prejudiced the RBZ and Agribank of over USD 2 million.
