South African-based Zanu PF activist Rutendo Matinyarare is in legal trouble, accused of perjury by former lawyer Simba Chitando.
Matinyarare allegedly lied under oath about knowledge of a gag order in a case with Innscor Africa. Chitando seeks criminal charges, citing obstruction of justice.
Perjury carries a 10-year sentence.
