Hiphop singer Kikky Badass is facing a US$500 000 law suit over defamation statements she made on Instagram against Lawyer Rodney Saratoga Makausi.
This comes after the High Court granted Makausi the green light to sue Kikky in United States dollars.
Kikky Badass had challenged the lawsuit in the High Court, arguing that since June 24, 2019, the US dollar ceased to be legal tender in Zimbabwe.
Meanwhile, Makausi is vowing to pursue his case against Kikky Badass.
