President Emmerson Mnangagwa has fired Air Force of Zimbabwe Commander, Air Marshal Elson Moyo.
In a statement, Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr Martin Rushwaya confirmed that Air Marshal Moyo will be stepping down with effect from the 15th of March 2024.
President Mnangagwa appointed Air Vice Marshal John Nzvenda as the new commander of the force.
He also appointed Dr Christopher Pasi as the Secretary to the Health Service Commission.
