Recently elected Citizens Coalition for Change councillor Womberaishe Nhende was abducted by armed thugs in Belvedere next to Selbourne Rutledge School.
Womberaishe was abducted together with a fellow Champion Sanele.
The abductors allegedly used a Brown Toyota Fortuner and a Silver Toyota Belta.
The duo was assaulted and injected with an unknown substance.
